Loyalty & Retention Manager £22-26K

This new role will offer an individual the full responsibility for championing loyalty and retention across the breadth of the company. Identifying and executing loyalty and retention initiatives with a particular focus on mortgages and savings.
Experience within Financial services would be advantageous. Developing and delivery of targeted, ROI-driven retention and loyalty marketing campaigns. Using the full range of media mix to achieve targets and within budget.
A background in DM would be beneficial, coupled with the ability to design, manage and measure marketing campaigns, taking a hands on approach to delivery. An understanding of the mortgage industry would be advantageous.
Good organisation abilities, attention to detail and strong communication would be expected within this opportunity
